Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at knoxxstudios12@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
